Bait Al Hail began as a family diwaniya where the coffee never stopped. Today we roast our own beans, steep karak for hours and still grind cardamom by hand every morning.بدأ بيت الهيل كديوانية عائلية ما تبرد فيها الدلة. اليوم نحمّص البن بأنفسنا، ونطبخ الكرك على مهل، ونطحن الهيل بإيدنا كل صباح.
